This is not a website with hundreds of useless articles leading you nowhere but to deep confusion, because I believe confusion is the enemy of action. Here you’ll find straight to the point articles with everything you need to know to build your best body in a few months. I can guarantee that because I got in shape with way less in mind. Remember that Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno didn’t have the internet, and they managed just fine. So stick to the basics and you WILL build lean muscle fast.

My name is Oualid, I’m 29 and I’m addicted to iron. I’ve been practicing strength training consistently for more than 4 years now. I’m a 6.2 feet guy, and when I started lifting
I wheighed only 155 pounds. Now I wheigh a lean 185 pounds and I’m more confident about my body than I ever was in my life.

Don’t get me wrong, it took a lot of hard work and I made many mistakes in the process. Mainly because I didn’t plan anything, I just started training and eating more without really knowing where I was going.┬áSometimes I stopped for a few weeks or even months, but I always got back on track. I kept stumbling until I reached my goals, and it’s fair to say I could have done it a lot faster if I knew what I was doing. Fortunetely you don’t have to go through that pain.
