The flashy labels on products and hologram outlined lettering may have you believing that you&#8217;re going to turn into the next Jay Cutler. Do you believe the hype?</p>

<p>Unfortunately, if you buy into the hype you may end up getting ripped off. Money is precious to all and you shouldn&#8217;t <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> anything extraneous before buying your staple <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a>. The one time when you must have a good whey protein is after you&#8217;ve completed your workout. Whey protein is the fastest digesting protein and can get into your bloodstream in as fast as 30 minutes. Typically, people need to eat their body weight (formula is g of protein = weight in lbs.) everyday if they&#8217;re physically active. This means that if you&#8217;re not eating enough meals throughout the day you may need to <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> protein more times than just post-workout. Whatever the case, this is the first <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> you need to buy when stocking up on <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a>. Omega-3 fatty acids (in fish oil) are proven to lower cholesterol and blood pressure among numerous other benefits such as: less pain, less inflammation, protect from stroke or heart attack, better brain/memory function, and less depression. Probably most amazing is how fish oil prevents the growth of cancer cells, thus having effects at preventing all forms of cancer. Athletically, fish oil can help lubricate dried out joints for added recovery. It&#8217;s a pretty amazing <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> and the best part is that it&#8217;s relatively cheap. Just about 1 gram of EPA-DHA omega-3 fish oil is necessary per day. Generally, two gelcaps will cover this dosage. Typical bottles contain 100 to 250 pills and run anywhere from $5-$18 depending on the brand and amount. <p><strong>But wait, what about creatine? I thought I needed that!</strong></p>

While creatine increases ATP (energy) and floods our muscles with water, it can become saturated like anything in our bodies after prolonged use. Generally, if one takes 5 grams of creatine for up to 21-30 days, the body will be saturated with creatine and you will need to cycle off of creatine for 2-3 weeks before you begin usage again. The problem with overloading on creatine is that you can raise creatinine levels in the body to the point where it&#8217;s toxic. Awhile back a buddy of mine had to go to the hospital because he took too much creatine in a short period of time and had creatinine levels through the roof! Don&#8217;t let this be you! Cycle your creatine!</p>
<p><strong>My friends and I can never workout without N.O. (Nitric Oxide) products&#8230; I need them!</strong></p>
<p>If you think that you need N.O. products for great energy in the gym, then you probably just told me that you&#8217;re not eating enough pre-workout. Chances are, that you&#8217;d buy food before any <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> (at least I hope you do!) and you have some good carbohydrates laying around (oats, pasta, whole wheats). Carbing up before a workout is essential for smooth energy when you&#8217;re throwing around iron. A good amount of carbs for me is 60 g of complex carbohydrates eaten about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I hit the gym. A good source for this is oats or whole grain toast. Make sure that you don&#8217;t eat excessive amounts of food before the gym as digestion may make you tired. 60 g of carbs is more than enough to do the trick for a 1-2 hour workout. The reason that most N.O. products give good &#8220;kicks&#8221; of energy is because they rely on excessive amounts of caffeine. While N.O. products with ingredients like AAKG or OKG are beneficial as vasodilators, they can&#8217;t provide consistent energy like a good carb up. Why do you think bodybuilders carb load for a pump before their competition instead of taking a N.O. booster? It&#8217;s simple science. The &#8220;food&#8221; pump beats all pumps!</p>
<p><strong>I&#8217;m not willing to lose fat without a thermogenic or non-thermogenic fat burner.</strong></p>
<p>It&#8217;s sad that most people depend on fat burning pills to aid in a major part of their weight loss or cutting goals instead of sticking with a solid diet and a good amount of cardio in addition to strength training. I prefer to cut weight by an unconventional high fat, low carb diet. It works wonders if you can run with 50-75 carbs a day and you get to eat all of the meat you want! I&#8217;m talking steak, chops, the works! Most bodybuilders have switched to high fat diets because it allows them to get enough protein in through lean and fatty sources alike (but &#8220;good&#8221; fatty sources such as eggs, nuts, etc.). Caffeine pills can be your best friend and are extremely cheap to buy. Take a dose before working out (200-400 mg) and you&#8217;ll have plenty of energy to power through your workout. If you&#8217;re caffeine sensitive natural alternatives such as green tea extract have natural thermogenic effects. But overall, I would stray away from non-FDA approved fat loss <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> as there are a lot of health risks involved in using them. Most of them disappoint users anyway and you have to use them just right to see little if any results.</p>
<p><strong>Do you have joint issues?</strong></p>
<p>If you have dry joints or have injured yourself in the past in this area you may want to add another staple <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> &#8211; joint support. Two things that have worked very well for me are Glucosamine and Chondrotion as well as Cissus Quadrangularis. <p><strong>Some Final Thoughts&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>Never, ever forget to buy your staple <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a>. They&#8217;ll cost you about $45-$60 depending on where you buy them but you&#8217;ll get much better results in the gym with them. In review, remember the three don&#8217;t evers. Don&#8217;t ever workout without drinking whey protein afterward. Don&#8217;t ever start your day without a multivitamin. Lastly, don&#8217;t ever forget the power that fish oil can add to your overall well being. Train smart, train hard, and never give up on your dreams.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With the help of this website and countless hours of research I believe that I have a solid foundation knowledge of <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >bodybuilding</a> and supplementation. Through the years, Universal <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/allmax/nutrition.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >Nutrition</a> has grown to become one of my favorite <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> companies, especially because of their great promos and the fact that their products really work. I have always had Universal Storm (creatine) and Shock Therapy (pre-workout NO booster) as staples in my diet, however I was hesitant to add Universal Torrent (protein) to the mix. Although I knew that Torrent would complement my current <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> really well and give it the extra punch that my <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> stack needs, I wasn’t ready to take the plunge and purchase it.<br />

<h3><strong>There are a few reasons why I did not try Torrent:</strong></h3>
<p><img style="float: right" src="http://www.workoutsphere.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/universal-torrent.jpg" alt="universal torrent" title="universal torrent" width="320" height="240" /><strong>1) Ever since I first started training a few years back I used Optimum <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/allmax/nutrition.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >Nutrition</a>&#8217;s 100% Whey as my post-workout product.</strong> I was really content with the taste of this chocolate protein in milk. However, as my knowledge of supplementation grew and I started adding more and more to my post-workout shake and mixing it in water, I began to enjoy this taste less and less. My post-workout <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/allmax/nutrition.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >nutrition</a>, as you can see in the picture, consisted of ON 100% Whey, ON Glutamine powder, ON <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/BCAA/5000.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >BCAA</a> powder, ON Glycomaize, and Universal Creatine Monohydrate. As you can imagine, this shake tasted pretty bad. The only thing I can compare this to is the taste of chalk (if you have ever tried eating chalk you&#8217;ll understand), with a powdery aftertaste. Taking Universal Torrent post-workout would eliminate the need for all 5 of these products. In the past I have thought about changing up my post-workout <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/allmax/nutrition.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >nutrition</a>, but I felt the need to be loyal to ON since it has brought me so far. On the contrary, three years of the same chalky chocolate taste had my taste buds longing for much more.</p>
<p><img style="float: right" src="http://www.workoutsphere.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/whey-gold-standard.jpg" alt="whey gold standard" title="whey gold standard" width="320" height="240" /><strong>2) Another reason why I haven&#8217;t tried Torrent is that I have always thought it to be an expensive product.</strong> For the average college student, like myself, it is priced a little too high. Nevertheless, I didn&#8217;t expect that I&#8217;d be mixing 5 different powders into my post-workout shake. Adding up the price of the 5 powders together makes Torrent seem relatively cheap.</p>
<p><strong>3) This may seem like a poor reason to not try a product, but I was always somewhat scared to try a protein that wasn’t chocolate flavored.</strong> My doubts were soon put to rest when I tried the sample of the Green Apple Avalance flavor of Torrent that Universal <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/allmax/nutrition.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >Nutrition</a> sent upon request. It was absolutely delicious, and a very positive change from the norm.</p>
<p>Aside from tasting better and being hassle-free, Torrent comes with extra goodies that were not in my previous post-workout <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/allmax/nutrition.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >nutrition</a>. Torrent contains a creatine complex, carbohydrates for muscle recovery, and a high percentage of <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/BCAA/5000.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >BCAA</a>’s and glutamine. Torrent is specifically designed to be consumed in the post-workout period and has a specially based formula to act in this period. This distinct formula cannot be replicated, even if I was to add many other powders to my previous post-workout <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/allmax/nutrition.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >nutrition</a>. Recent studies have shown a lot about the positive benefits of supplementing with leucine, and you’d finally be able to see if the hype is true with Torrent. On top of that it is very exciting to see the volumizing effects of Citrulline Malate, and how your body responds to the creatine derivatives in Torrent.</p>
<p>Universal Torrent is exactly what I needed to propel my training to the next level, and hope that you&#8217;ll feel the same way. </p>

It all started when I was 16 years old and walked into a local vitamin selling establishment to browse around. I had seen some of the older kids at my gym drinking <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> out of shaker cups during their workouts and had heard some tall tales about the wonders of creatine around my high school. I was a baseball player back then and was looking to benefit my own athletic prowress by taking some <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> myself. I had no idea what I was doing or what I was looking for when a salesman approached me. He sold me on a tub of N.O.-Xplode. I was drawn in by its cool red tub with it&#8217;s then shiny silver labels and yellow lettering. One of my mistakes back then was to be drawn in by the labels and claims on the tub. I have to say that may have been one of the reasons I bought that tub of N.O.-Xplode from that salesman.</p>
<p>I took the product as directed. I took 2 scoops with 16 oz. of water before my workout. Within 5 minutes I was feeling a rush of energy like I never had before. I had an intense workout that day. It seemed like I was lifting forever and I was still shaking when I got home. My mother had pointed this out to me and was wondering what was wrong with me. I loved it. I was hooked. From that day on I was a believer in the <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> industry. Fast forward to the present and I know a beacon of knowledge about what <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> I like, dislike, and just can&#8217;t go without. <h3><strong>The Staples</strong></h3>
<p>There are just somethings you cannot go without as an avid weight lifter and <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> afficionado. I&#8217;m of course talking about PROTEIN! What kind of protein that I like taking depends on my goals. I may be bulking and like a protein with an ample amount of carbohydrates and calories. I also might be looking to take a slower digesting casein protein before bed as opposed to a quick digesting whey protein after my workout. If I am cutting out the fat I may be looking for a lower calories carbohydrate-reduced protein.</p>
<p>My favorite year-round protein has to be the Optimum <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/allmax/nutrition.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >Nutrition</a> Gold Standard Whey. With a majority of the whey coming in the form of Whey Protein Isolate (W.P.I.) and around 70+ servings per contains I love taking this protein after my workouts. The W.P.I. is the fastest digesting protein and gives my body the <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/allmax/nutrition.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >nutrition</a> I need to repair muscle during the &#8220;Anabolic Window&#8221; one has within 0-120 minutes after one&#8217;s workout. The importance of getting protein into your system quickly after a workout is crucial. This is because almost all of the protein you take in during this period goes to the muscle (which has been recently damaged due to weight bearing exercise) instead of other bodily organs like the stomach, liver, skin, etc. All organs need protein but taking a good whey protein after your workout will assure that you get enough protein into your muscle to start the anabolic process. My favorite flavor O.N. makes is the double rich chocolate. It mixes great with water and a standard Blender Bottle, another useful tool with a wisk in it to blend the protein completely. You&#8217;ll never find me after a workout without a Blender Bottle containing Gold Standard Whey.</p>
<p>Other useful proteins are used at different times of the day. When I wake up I like to have a shake before I go to class or work at my gym. If I am bulking (the process of putting on weight and muscle), I will take B.S.N. True Mass. This is my favorite mass gainer and I use it as a meal replacement. True Mass comes with 18 servings per container and has a good amount of protein (46 grams) and 75 grams of carbs to fuel the bulking process. The reason carbohydrates are essential to a good bulk is because when the body lacks carbs it breaks down the muscle itself to make energy for the body. When carbs are around you&#8217;ll ensure you&#8217;re always in a muscle building state. And at 626 calories per shake, True Mass will make sure you hit your daily macronutrient requirements for a good bulk. My favorite flavor by far is the Cookies N&#8217; Creme, it is like drinking an Oreo milkshake for breakfast.</p>
<p>When I am cutting I enjoy drinking a Gaspari Myofusion shake for breakfast along with a banana. The Myofusion is not only delicious and possibly the best blending protein I&#8217;ve ever used, but it contains just six grams of carbs per serving. You also get 25 grams of protein per 157.5 calorie serving and when you&#8217;re cutting the calories out on a cut (the process of losing fat weight while preserving muscle and bringing out definition) this is a valueable <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a>. Like True Mass, this is a blend of a few types of proteins, and is suitable as a meal replacement because of it&#8217;s moderate rate of digestion (it is digested over a period of hours because of the many kinds of protein it contains). My favorite flavor is the Double Chocolate.</p>
<p>When night time comes around I go for a casein protein. Casein protein can take up to 8 hours to digest completely and will give a continuous supply of protein to the body while sleeping. Taking a whey protein may only cover your body for 1-2 hours while sleeping. Many fear that if the body is not fed protein continuously overnight the body can fall into a catabolic (muscle depleting) state. In long periods where the body is lacking protein the catabolic state is a very real threat. So taking a casein before bed is simply a good precautionary measure for preserving your gains. My favorite casein is B.S.N. Lean Dessert. While it is not 100% casein it contains a high percentage of caseins and other different proteins which will ensure that you are covered while you sleep. The best part is it tastes amazing. Try out the Fresh Cinnamon Roll flavor! It is my favorite. At 20 g per scoop, I like to take one scoop with milk before bedtime.</p>
<h3><strong>Accessory <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >Supplements</a></strong></h3>
<p>There&#8217;s a variety of <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> I like to take on and off throughout the year. Protein is the only <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> I will constantly have stocked in my pantry. There are; however, <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> I will use when I have the money to buy them. The following <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> are ranked (in order) of what I&#8217;d buy if I had the money to use them at any given time:</p>
<p><strong>1. Puple Wraath (by Controlled Labs):</strong> I love this <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/BCAA/5000.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >BCAA</a> product for intra-workout supplementation. I take two scoops and mix it in a blender bottle before my workout. Sometimes I will mix it the night before and let it chill in my refrigerator. The way you use Puple Wraath is by sipping on it throughout your workout. The main function of the <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> is to give you better endurance throughout your workout. Protein is made up of <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/BCAA/5000.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >BCAA</a>&#8217;s so you can essentially count the 14 grams you get in 2 scoop servings as 14 grams of protein throughout your workout. The beta alanine boosts carnosine levels and may make your skin tingle while you workout. The tingling sensation gives me kind of a wake up call and I have had some intense workouts as a result. This product is also great to sip on during cardio because it can really help you get every extra minute you can out of your cardio workout. Grape tastes alright, but I&#8217;d recommend going with the Electric Lemonade flavor. I carry this product in my gym bag for around 80-85% of the year. It&#8217;s rare for me to not be using Purple Wraath at any given workout!</p>
<p><strong>2. Green Magnitude (by Controlled Labs): Green Magnitude is a blend of Magnesium Creatine Chelate and DiCreatine Malate.</strong> I like the effects of creatine as far as an energy booster and I also see some pain relieving properties from is when I use it after my workouts and have some pretty bad on-set muscle soreness. I am unsure of the creatine&#8217;s power as a muscle builder, but I am sure that I feel more full muscle bellies without the bloat under consumption of this creatine. I take 2 scoops which gives me 10 grams of creatine post-workout which leaves me full and feeling good for the rest of the night. I would also like to recommend the Electric Lemonade flavor. The Sour Green Apple flavor can get a little old after using half of the tub. I&#8217;d say I probably carry this product 50-60% of the year.</p>
<p><strong>3. USP Labs Jack3d: Jack3d is a very basic formula pre-workout product with a solid energy punch.</strong> I take 2-3 scoops before my workouts occassionally when I feel I need a little more energy to have a productive lift. At under $25 at most retailers it is a good buy at 45 servings a tub. The best part of this product is it contains zero fillers such as maltodextrin, magnesium, etc. Jack3d is a simple product that produces results! I like the Lemon Lime flavor too! It&#8217;s kind of tart and I like that!</p>
<h3><strong>Final Thoughts</strong></h3>
<p>To sum it all up I make sure I always have my proteins first. Remember, different kinds of proteins digest at different rates of time and that&#8217;s key when trying to figure out when you need them. I always have a protein to take in the morning, post-workout, and at bedtime. Besides that I love having my Purple Wraath to push me through my workouts. I can see the benefits of using a creatine and will use the Green Magnitude whenever I have it in my stock and lastly I usually have a tub of pre-workout Jack3d lying around for a day where I feel sluggish (and don&#8217;t we all have those days!). Supplementation is just that, a <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> to your already (hopefully) solid diet. I&#8217;ll admit <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> help me accomplish my dietary goals and fitness goals alike. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img style="float: right" src="http://www.workoutsphere.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/supplements-health-150x150.jpg" alt="supplements health" title="supplements health" width="150" height="150" />If I would categorize my supplementation experience based upon effectiveness, I would have to assign four distinct groups: excellent <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a>, <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> which work but not spectacularly well, <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> which produce minimal or no results, and <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> which actually harmed my athletic performance or general well-being.</p>
<p>Most of the <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> which I have taken fall into the category of &#8220;working&#8221; with some portion giving negative results, but I would like to talk about two <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> which didn&#8217;t just work well, they were fantastic. But first, I will define my terms. I have taken <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> which worked excellently the first three times, then within a month or so I experienced no more positive benefits, and even if I waited months before using it again I saw minimal success. Those I will classify as merely &#8220;working&#8221;- because they did work for some amount of time, but regardless of how awesome the first week was, it never worked like that again. So the <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> which i will discuss today are better than that- they work excellently for months on end (of course they are only to be taken according to the instructions on the bottle- I have never, ever deviated from the &#8220;recommended usage&#8221; label on the side) and then after a layoff worked once again. One of them is for fat reduction, the other for putting on muscle.<br />

<p>Lipo-6x is the best fat burner I have ever tried. I cannot say enough good things about it. In general, even the best fat burners give you jitters, make you nauseous (which is maybe why the labels always say &#8220;suppresses appetite&#8221;?) and cause a &#8220;caffeine crash&#8221; an hour or so later. I don&#8217;t know how they did it, but the folks at Nutrex have found a way to make caffeine and synephrine not cause these side effects. Keep in mind that I am sensitive to stimulants- I once took ephedrine and was up for 6 straight days with delusions to boot! But I take Lipo-6x as directed and have no such problems! When I am monitoring fat loss I always do calculations based upon my weight and body fat percentage to know exactly how much fat I have lost as I see numbers ont he scale go down. On average I lose 2lbs of fat per week! That is fat, not muscle, water or bodily wastes, but 2lbs of fat per week. I also do not do anything crazy when I diet. 1.5-2 hours of steady state cardio per week, plus weights and a moderate diet (I still eat chocolate)&#8230; and I am naturally an endomorph who used to weigh 305lbs. This is the power of Lipo-6x! It helps a guy like me who is naturally fat to lose tremendous amounts of weight per week without insane dieting or aerobic sessions and no side effects. If you aren&#8217;t convinced by now, I don&#8217;t know what else could possibly sway you. Perhaps someone else will review a <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> that gives users x-ray vision or something.</p>
<p>When it comes to building muscle BSN&#8217;s Nitrix is the best <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> that I have ever used. It works well every cycle that I use it. It may be expensive, but it is certainly the best NO <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> on the market. I was astounded to find that not only was I stronger in my workouts, but I actually walked around all day with a muscle pump! My vascularity increases tremendously and I have a general feeling of confidence and well being when I do my lifts because I look so much bigger. I also notice that at the end of 12 weeks of usage that I am much bigger and stronger. This has worked through three (non-consecutive) cycles, so I know that it has the &#8220;staying-power&#8221; to remain in my <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> arsenal for a long time. It is also very easy to take (if you are used to swallowing big pills) because you don&#8217;t need to be carrying around shaker cups with you, just the pills. It is easy, convenient, and does what it says it will do. With all of the false advertising we as <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplement</a> consumers see, BSN&#8217;s Nitrix is a breath of fresh air and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to put on some lean mass this winter.</p>
<p>So while there certainly are many good <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> out there, I think that these are the best two that I have ever used. I suppose that now is a good time for the classic <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >bodybuilding</a> disclaimer that, as Nautilus founder Arthur Jones used to say, &#8220;everything comes down to genetics,&#8221; so just because I have such great results with these doesn&#8217;t mean that everyone will, and just because other <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >supplements</a> didn&#8217;t work as well for me doesn&#8217;t mean that they won&#8217;t work for you. This is why I did my best to describe myself so that you could have some idea of who I am and what I look like to decide if these results seem likely for you to achieve. I personally don&#8217;t think that I have stupendous <a href="http://www.workoutsphere.com/supplements/bodybuilding.html" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >bodybuilding</a> genes which makes my experiences all the more relevant for the average person. If I would be the perfect mesomorph then perhaps a skinny or fat guy shouldn&#8217;t try to use my results as evidence that he will be able to do it to. But I am not, so to all of you big guys out there give Lipo-6x and Nitrix a shot, if it works half as well for you as it did for me it was worth the money.</p>
